Vinification: The grapes were pressed immediately after picking and settled. The juice was placed in small oak barriques to ferment and left on the lees to mature for six months.

Eikendal Semillon has layered aromas – gorgeous beeswax and notes of grapefruit underlined with hints of toffee.
Powerful and lively structure with an expressive lemon-honey viscosity lashed with creamy richness impending an elegant peachy finish.

Eikendal Semillon is best drunk young to enjoy its harmonious fresh, fruity flavours and clean finish.
