Only a careful selection of the best grapes from mature vines goes into this wine. Matured in new French oak barrels for 12 months. Deep ruby-red colour with violet hints. Refined bouquet with hints of morello cherry, mulberry and blackcurrant. The rich palate elegantly balances fruit and oak with fine notes of spice, smoke and vanilla.

Ideal to Serve at 16-18°C with albacore, tuna, salmon, turkey, quail, sausages, pork or pasta with creamy sauces.
