ORIGIN
This selection of Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the Languedoc region to give the wine this balanced fruit flavour and acidity

VINIFICATION
The grapes are de-stemmed and crushed. The temperature-controlled fermentation lasts about a week. After being pressed pneumatically, the wines will start the malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Part of the must (25%) is aged in oak for 6 to 8 months before blending and bottling.
