COUFRAN is full-bodied, fleshy wine, soft at first taste and remaining long in the mouth.
It is a wine good for drinking young when it is still full of its fruit of Merlot. COUFRAN forms its bouquet quickly and holds well in the bottle.

It is an example of the answer to the difficult problem of wine ageing : keeping for a long time all the qualities of its youth.

Ageing: Traditionally in oak casks for about 12 months, according to vintage.
¼ new casks every year.
