Cape Jaffa ShirazDescription

2004 was a cool vintage and a long growing season producing elegant reds with great structure and longevity.  This wine has a fragrant mix of cedar and cassis - classic Mt. Benson Cabernet characteristics.  On the palate there’s a full bodied, rich berry fruit, well integrated spicy oak from 18 months aging in French barriques.  Enjoy now until 2010. Our favourite food match:  slow cooked lamb shanks.
