Our wine is made in a very natural way using the healthiest handpicked Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes. We use only naturally occurring yeast and add no sulfur. Our wine is unfiltered then matured for two years in older oak barrels at different temperatures. Enjoy the fruits of the good earth and honest work.
It’s difficult to imagine what food the Rozendal 2002 will not complement – lamb, beef, venison, roast chicken, duck, vegetarian lasagnas, pizzas, creamy and strong cheeses are just few of the many possibilities. Enjoy now and over the next 15 years.
