Description
TASTING NOTES:
Bright ruby colour. Intense aroma of ripe fruit, showing plums and cherries combined with elegant floral and menthol hints. Complexity is increased from oak aging, adding aromas of vanilla, tobacco and roasted coffee.
HOW TO SERVE
Well paired with many foods, including lamb, beef, lasagnes, bolder cheeses, and traditional Portuguese food. Best served at 16 – 18 degrees celsius.
