Wine Making:
Fermentation: Fermentation of part of the sugars the temperature not passing the
24ºc
Maceration : Pre-maceration at 10ºc. Maceration with contact skins for 7 days.
Ageing:
8 months in 50% French & 50% American oak barrels.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Cherry Red colour with a shiny ruby rim.
Aroma: Intense nose, mature red fruit, blackberry, blueberries, fine hints spices from
the oak.
Palate : Ample, complex with spices, pepper, clove, a jammy sweetness and richness,
well structured and balanced with great length in mouth.
