This selection of Sauvignon Blanc comes from the Languedoc region to give the wine this balanced fruit flavour and acidity

VINIFICATION
The grapes are pressed pneumatically. The temperature-controlled fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks. The malolactic fermentation is stopped to maintain the acidity and keep a fruit-forward style.

TASTING NOTES
Robe: Pale greenish yellow
Nose: Very expressive and complex, with notes of grapefruit and tropical fruits
Palate: Crisp and fresh, with a well-balanced acidity and vibrant exotic flavours
