Following cold static settling, fermentation took place at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wine was aged on fine lees.
Characteristics
Pale gold in colour, clear and brilliant.
An elegant nose that brings together floral notes (broom) and the fruity aromas typical of Sauvignon Blanc (lemon, grapefruit).
The palate features good balance between freshness and sucrosity. It is highly expressive with an aromatic finish.
This wine is appealing for its aromatic enthusiasm and balanced flavours.
