Chateau Canada has a long history. Built from Architect Victor Louis’s plans, the Château itself is a perfect example of the 19th century architecture.
The grape varieties used in Chateau Canada are Merlot (70%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (30%). The vines average 25 years in age and are carefully pruned to give the best expression of the fruit. After fermentation the wine is oak aged for 6 –10 months.
